In modern Russia, the emergence of inter-ethnic contradictions and conflicts often caused ethnic migration. The appearance of internal and external workers, increases the concentration of the labor force, in a difficult economic situation and the low standard of living exacerbates the situation in the regions and to provoke aggravation of contradictions in the regions intensifies animosity toward immigrants and ethnocultural napryazhennost, and leads to new national and contradictions conflicts, accompanied by a variety of offenses, and the often bloody clashes. Natural migration flows, exacerbating the social situation in the Russian Federation and require immediate attention and decision-making by the authorities.
