Part 1 Mock Interview

1. 
   My name is Veronika Kuznetcova. I am 20 years old. I can say that I am kind and sociable. I am hard working and quite responsible. I have some interests such as dancing, painting and I am interested in foreign languages.
   
2. 
   I have graduated from Tolyatti State University of Economics and Management and have a diploma of the specialty “economics and management at the enterprise”. Besides I have a certification of completion of personal management courses.
   
3. 
   I have worked as an office manager at the PHR company that is specialized in automotive`s exterior / interior segment for different types of cars.
   
4. 
   My previous employers were croats. There were two bosses – one was the leader and the second one was his “ right hand” and both of them are kind, fair and with a good sense of humor. And what is more important – they treat their employees as they are their good companions.
   
5. 
   My work was connected with the documents. I had to receive and send emails, prepare accompanying documents and sometimes I made ticket and hotel reservations for our bosses.

   I am leaving my current company because I am looking for a higher salary first and then I need to develop myself and would like to apply my knowledge to a different kind of job.

   I came to learn about this vacancy in the Internet. I came across this advertisement by chance and it seemed to me very interesting.

   I think a comfortable working environment and the support of the colleges are the most important to me in a work situation.
   
9. 
   As I have already said I am looking for a higher salary. I would like to save up money and have a big cottage for my family. To achieve my dream I need to work a lot and of course I would like to make a successful career and become the head of a logistics department.

    I think nothing special will radically change in five years. Probably I will have a family and a child and I will be working a lot to succeed myself. In ten years I am going to travel with my family and continue working on my favorite job.

    If I had a choice I would prefer to work as a part of a team because I can`t imagine my life without communication with others. It is also great when there is a team united by the same aim and everyone does their best to achieve the goal.

    It seems to me that I could handle this position. I have a good education and experience working in a big company. Besides I am characterized as a hardworking, responsible and proactive employee by my previous employer.
    

Part 2 Negotiate Your Salary

Dear Mr. Anenkov, we have already had our first and second interview and I am looking forward to starting working at your company but before we finish I`d like to like to raise the issue of salary base. I have the red diploma in the specialty “customer service manager in the logistics department. Besides I have finished some courses and have certifications on organizing work with the stuff and clients, so I am sure that my experience will be of great asset to your organization. I have already investigated some local companies and the range of compensation they pay for this position. So, my expected salary is ranging between 50 to 80 thousand rubles. I also wonder if you pay your employees for overtime or offer time off in lieu because I am going to devote all my time to work. I believe that annual raise with good performance will enable me to accept the offer right away. And one more thing, dear Mr.Anenkov: I am interested if you have compensation package bargaining. I mean the travel expenses to work, payment for mobile services as my work assumes making a lot of phone calls and business trips expenses. As I mentioned during my interview process, I am speaking with a couple of other companies. And if you`re unable to move the pay to 80 thousand rubles, I can`t accept your offer.
