Нами представлен клинический случай множественной очаговой желудочной гетеротопии с локализацией в верхне-, средне- и нижнегрудном отделах пищевода, обсемененной H. pylori и осложненной множественными эрозиями пищевода, в сочетании с хроническим поверхностным гастритом, H. pylori-положительным. Результаты ЭГДС в режиме NBI Near Focus, рН-импедансометрии, манометрии пищевода высокого разрешения исключают у нашей пациентки диагноз ГЭРБ, следовательно, эрозии в пищеводе и рефлюкс-подобные симптомы обусловлены кислотопродукцией из очагов желудочной гетеротопии. Ремиссия достигнута только после проведения полного курса эрадикационной терапии и курсового лечения ИПП, что указывает на влияние персистенции бактерии H. pylori в очагах гетеротопии в пищеводе на клиническое течение и прогноз заболевания у этой группы пациентов.
