Тенденции развития воспроизводственной структуры макрорегиона показывают сокращение инновационно-инвестиционного и потребительского воспроизводственных секторов. Происходит рост энергосырьевого сектора и ифраструктурного в части: торговля, финансы, кредит, управление. В целом, динамика развития воспроизводственных секторов, наблюдаемая в ДФО РФ, показывает, что происходит реализация нежелательного, угрожающего сценария развития Дальневосточного макрорегиона по его превращению в источник сырья и энергоносителей для высокотехнологичных стран Юго-Восточной Азии, показывающих высокие темпы экономического роста. Противопоставить ему можно только особую стратегию перехода к сбалансированному воспроизводству экономики и социальной сферы на основе развития инновационных секторов экономики. Такой подход в состоянии обеспечить комплексное социально-экономическое развитие макрорегиона, действительно опережающего другие регионы РФ.
Однако для реализации сценария инновационного прорыва требуется радикально изменить воспроизводственную структуру регионального хозяйства, значительно повысив долю инновационно-инвестиционного и потребительского секторов.

The resulting indicators of public reproduction in the Far-Eastern ma.cro-region charncterize the divergence of economic and social and demographic processes. Mentification of the factors which caused violation of the balance of reproduction processes assumes carrying out the special analysis of the sectors of economy providing a full cycle of public reproduction. The solution of this task is possible on the basis of method,ology of reproduction and cyclic macro-model of the analysis and forecasting based on the group of industries of inter-industry balance by the reproduction sectors: consumer, innovative investment; infrastructure. Results of the research show that the main problem which is breaking balance and a subject to permission is significant extensive growth in the power raw sector. Overcoming the developing trends threatening achievement of the state priority purposes on the advancing social and economic development of the Far East and a growth of a number of the population living here is possible upon transition to the innovative investment scenario of development of the macro-region.
