Таким образом, по итогам обсуждения результатов исследования поставленная гипотеза подтвердилась. Анализ результатов показал, что особое внимание следует обратить на психический и психологический компоненты материнского здоровья, влияющие как прямо, так и косвенно на благополучие ребенка. Данный факт является дополнительным обоснованием необходимости психологического сопровождения женщины, ставшей матерью с помощью применения технологий ЭКО, и ее ребенка не только в период беременности, но и после родов. Потому как в большинстве исследований, посвященных поиску факторов детского развития и здоровья, уделяется основное внимание роли физического и репродуктивного здоровья матери, а оценка показателей здоровья ребенка затрагивает преимущественно возраст до 1 года.

Результаты лонгитюдного исследования влияния состояния здоровья матери на показатели психического развития и здоровья детей, рожденных посредством ЭКО, на протяжении периодов внутриутробного развития, новорожденности, младенчества, раннего детства, дошкольного возраста позволили раскрыть функции компонентов здоровья матери, оказывающие прямое (предикторы) и косвенное (медиаторы, модераторы) влияние на психическое развитие и здоровье детей и в дальнейшем учитывать степень влияния социальной ситуации развития ребенка. Приведенные в обсуждении факты о выявленных факторах со стороны здоровья матери, влияющих на показатели состояния здоровья и психического развития детей в динамике, указывают на необходимость психологического сопровождения женщин - участниц программы ЭКО не только в период вынашивания внутриутробного ребенка, но и после родов, особенно до достижения им возраста 3 лет, когда диадическое взаимодействие «мать - ребенок» имеет важное значение для благополучия ребенка.
