ПРЕДИСЛОВИЕ

ВО ИМЯ БОГА, МИЛОСТИВОГО И МИЛОСЕРДНОГО!

Мир вам, дорогие читатели!

Предлагаемый вашему вниманию пятый, юбилейный выпуск ре- лигиозно-философского ежегодника «Исламская мысль: традиция и современность» является плодом коллективных усилий исламоведов, философов, теологов и религиозных деятелей. Концепция издания ориентирована на исследование классической и постклассической арабо-мусульманской мысли, при этом особое внимание уделяется российской богословской школе и обновленческому движению в це- лом. Что побуждает вновь и вновь обращаться именно к обновленче- скому движению? Как я неоднократно отмечал в своих публикациях, тадждӣд (обновление) — это сквозной мотив исламской традиции. Дабы избежать недопонимания, подчеркну, что речь вовсе не идет о ко- личественезамутненныхиоткрытыхумов, которымоставалисьчужды все «технические» навыки и мыслительные искажения поверхностных традиционалистов, мнивших себя защитниками религии. Речь, скорее, об уникальном качестве самой исламской традиции, поддерживаемой этимиумами; оеевнутренней«плюральности», котораянепереходитв вежливый «псевдоплюрализм», взращивающий равнодушие к мнению другого; о ее естественном разнообразии, которое — в противополож- ность всякому искусственному силовому «объединению» — становит- ся наилучшим противоядием от порочных расколов и надежным гаран- том подлинного единства; о ее универсальности, которая не стирает особенности своих локальных форм в порядке обобщения, а налажива- ет между ними продуктивные связи, способствующие ее процветанию. Своим процветанием она вносит вклад в благоденствие всего мира.

Исламская традиция предоставляла открытым умам не просто убе- жище. Она давала им дом и плодородную почву для творческого ста- новления. Обновители были одновременно ее плодами и заботливыми возделывателями. Так, несмотря на непрекращающееся сопротивление
