ASSESSMENT OF THE COMPETITIVENESS OF THE CHEMICAL
ADDITIVES IN CONSTRUCTION

The results of the evaluation of the competitiveness of traditional chemical additives and complex modifiers of the new generation in the factory production of reinforced concrete structures and monolithic construction. The methodology is implemented in three stages. First: selection of the list of consumer and economic properties, assessment of their significance for the consumer. Second: calculation of a single indicator of competitiveness for each property and product. Third: calculation of indices and relative indices of competitiveness of productscompetitors. It is recommended to use as a reference abstract product with the best values of consumer properties of all products of different manufacturers included in the review. As a result of the calculations revealed that the complex modifiers (modifier "Enterprise Master Concrete" MB-01, nanomodifiers on the basis of SiO2 and CNTS), have great potential of competitiveness, since their impact extends throughout the complex of consumer properties. Currently, their high competitiveness potential cannot be realized due to their high prices compared to traditional chemical additives. It is established that the cheapest additives both for monolithic construction and for factory production are the most competitive so far
