The distribution of serum and erythrocyte genetic markers among the miners suffering from vibration disease has been studied. The types of proteins and enzymes that significantly more frequently occur in the patients than in healthy individuals have been revealed. The concentrations of HP and Hb in the subjects of different ages with diverse genotypes have been studied. The distribution of allele frequencies and genotypes of CYP1A1 gene between the sample of the patients and in the control varies considerably. AG genotype shows statistically valid connection with the disease. The deletion (“null” genotype) of GSTT1/GSTM1 genes is associated with the risk of developing vibration pathology.
