Заключение
Таким образом, в настоящее время дополняется база данных о безопасности и эффективности использования фебуксостата у пациентов с высоким риском развития и прогрессирования ХБП. Длительная терапия фебуксостатом у популяции пациентов с ХБП снижая сердечно-сосудистые риски, способно удлинять додиализный период заболевания. Вместе с тем в настоящий момент имеется достаточная научно-клиническая доказательная база позволяющая гиперурикемию считать как модифицируемый лабораторный фактор ренальной дисфункции у пациентов с высоким риском развития и прогрессирования ХБП.
Дальнейшие исследования возможностей лечения гиперурикемии для сохранения экскреторной функции у пациентов с ХБП при помощи фебуксостата могут привести к расширению терапевтических границ его клинического применения.
