Наспопросилиподуматьнадпроблемой: «Каковдолгмужчинпереджен- щинами?» Отсюда, на мой взгляд, вытекает ряд предварительных вопросов, к которым необходимо обратиться, прежде чем мы возвратимся к изначаль- ному. Возможно, эти вопросы не будут представлять интереса для академи- ческихученых-постмодернистов, ноонипринципиальноважныдляученого, который мыслит себя в дискурсе теологии освобождения,— как автор ста- тьи. Частоненашитеологическиевзглядынатипичногодругого— гендерно, расово или религиозно другого, — но наше отношение к «братьям нашим меньшим» (каквофразе«таккаквысделалиэтоодномуизсихбратьевМоих меньших…»2) отражает единство нашей теологии, глубину приверженности справедливости и широту наших взглядов. Любая форма теологии, которая стремится сделать своим ядром справедливость и сочувствие, должна в ко- нечном счете отвечать на все проявления несправедливости, будь то неспра- ведливостьвотношениитрансгендерныхдругихилиэксплуатируемыхнече- ловекоподобныхдругих, землиинашихсожителейпопланете.

О каких мужчинах и каких женщинах мы говорим?

Существует ли «сущностный мужчина», который что-то должен «сущ- ностной женщине»? Женщине как партнеру, товарищу, возлюбленной,
