The article is devoted to the procedure for developing the methodology for annual assessment of personnel in domestic insurance companies. The market leader for insurance was chosen as the basis for the analysis - IC "Rosgosstrakh". The revealed inaccuracies of the existing evaluation system made it possible to develop a number of recommendations aimed at eliminating obvious shortcomings and the formation of an integrated assessment mechanism.
