рубеж. В то же время нельзя не отметить растущее в обществе осознание необходимости участвовать в обеспечении международной безопасности, что свидетельствует о принятии нормы интернационализма.
Либеральные устремления также продолжают играть роль в подходе к деятельности Японии в ООН, однако свой международный вклад Токио стремится перенести в
плоскость гуманитарного содействия, миростроительства и в другие сферы, не сопряженные с политическими рисками. По мере роста потребности в применении миротворцами силы Япония со своей стороны будет переориентироваться на невоенные способы участия в обеспечении международной безопасности.
