Проведенное автором статьи исследование позволило сделать вывод, что спрос на услуги бизнес-консультантов ближайшие 5 лет будет только расти, но при этом будут также и повышаться требования к качеству оказываемых услуг.
Поставленная цель исследования работы достигнута, задачи решены, гипотеза подтвердилась. Коучинг действительно является современным инструментом для развития персонала и организации.
