Lorret was the mastermind and organized this. A Russian representative traveled to the United States to obtain payment from Lorret. Lorret first wanted to bribe the representative. But when the bribe failed, Lorret demonstrated weapons and threatened the representative. Lorret should be considered armed and dangerous.
